Bahirat Brothers founded by Mr. Balkrishna Bahirat in 1984, has gradually shaped the direction of the infrastructure industry in PCMC. Bahirat Brothers is registered with Public Work Department Government of Maharashtra as Class “1” (Unlimited) Contractor.
Over the past years, Bahirat Brothers has developed some of PCMC’s and Pune’s landmark residential and commercial properties. During this period, we were also involved in the construction of several mainframe infrastructure projects for the state of Maharashtra that included highways, interior roads, defence walls and commercial structures. The company possesses skills in building big ticket projects such as concrete roads, drainage lines, etc. and has a strong presence in the building construction industry. We have executed numerous turnkey housing projects delivering unparalleled value and customer satisfaction. As the construction business flourished, we leveraged our management expertise and began to look at new strategic business opportunities. In 2011 we embarked knot the building construction field by launching our first commercial project in the heart of the city.
